This self-contained drop-in cold pan keeps ingredients safely chilled with touchscreen control and standard 120V power in a compact one-pan footprint.
- Designed for one full-size 12" x 20" food pan up to 6" deep.
- Standard touchscreen control includes 3 preset temperatures and an on/off switch.
- Heavy-gauge 300 series stainless steel top and liner with a durable steel exterior housing.
- 3/4" recessed installation with locking tabs, overhang, and a 1" brass drain and plug.
- Runs on 120V/60 Hz power with R290 refrigerant and a NEMA 5-15 plug.
- Built-in WiFi and Bluetooth provide future connectivity support.
