Custom and special-order items typically ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on production queue availability. These items do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Due to their length, 8 ft, 12 ft, 16 ft, and 20 ft railing pieces must ship via freight carrier and are not eligible for free or standard shipping. Our website cannot calculate accurate freight quote costs as they change daily. A member of our sales team will contact you to provide an accurate freight quote prior to shipment.
Exotic Wood purchases are final sale. Our standard return policy does not apply to any Exotic Wood products. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, with no store credit issued.
