This is not a warranty. This is a refund of original price. I returned my sunglasses expecting to get replacements instead I got a gift card aboriginal purchase price and to my surprise the glasses have gone up like $70 in price not a very good warranty system.

The first call I made resulted in the tech not finding my contract and making no further effort (I wasn't home at the time). I found the contract and called back.
