AGAVE Blanco is Mountain Distilling's unique expression of a 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave (tequilana) spirit. The fermentation combines an isolated yeast strain sourced from tequila and mezcal production in Mexico with the subtle influence of local wild yeasts.

A high fermentation temperature ensures that the AGAVE Spirit produced has complex and fruity characteristics reminiscent of the ultra premium tequilas hecho en Mexico.

AGAVE Blanco presents strong crunchy pear, fresh cut grass and sweet agave on the nose. This continues through to a silky palate introducing orange blossom, honeydew melon and citrus, making this Agave Blanco ideal for sipping, or as the base of a cracking 'Tommy's Margarita'.
