The 3046 Bunker Hill Long Face Wood Newel Post is used to transition between two different levels of rail without the use of a special fitting. It's longer face allows to accommodate the change in rise between the first run and the second run of the staircase.

- Install using our Newel Post Mounting Kit
Caution: It is critical that the newel is attached securely in order for the staircase to comply with local building codes.
This post is a SOLID wood core, they are stronger and more secure than engineered filler core products.
Our Wood Newel Posts are available in a wide variety of species including: Oak, Poplar, Cherry, Maple, Mahogany, Alder and more. Pricing on wood species other than Red Oak or White Oak may vary as they are custom made to order. Please call prior to placing an order to verify price.
