Gazania Garden Leader Rose Striped seeds are one of the easiest seeds to germinate, and commonly called Treasure Flower, Gazania Rigens grows spreading low to the ground and forming compact clumps of silvery-blue foliage with finely lobbed narrow leaves. Treasure Flower Rose Striped Striped blooms profusely all season long and its bright, large, cream with a rose stripe on each petal, daisy-like flowers are sitting on a top of 10-12 inch stems and floating above foliage. Blooming Gazania attracts various pollinators including bees and butterflies.
Gazania Garden Leader Rose Striped is a versatile and attractive landscape plant that is often grown as a ground cover in dry areas to control soil erosion. Treasure Flower looks fantastic growing in hanging baskets and window boxes trailing and flowering massively providing a bright, colorful display all season long. Other garden uses of Gazania include of containers, rock gardens, planting along driveways and sidewalks, mass planting, flower beds, and edging.
