Directions for Use

Stir powder before each use to ensure the right mix of ingredients each time.

  1. 'Bloom' the Gutsy Gummies by adding 50g (1/3 cup) of the powder to 100ml of water and stir until a smooth texture is achieved.
  2. Add 250ml of recently boiled, hot water to the bloomed mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  4. Enjoy your homemade gummies straight from the fridge, or get creative by adding juices or fresh fruits for extra flavour!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, refrigerate the gummies and consume within 1 week for the best taste and texture.
